    Job Summary

    As a cybersecurity firm, having a well-designed and highly secure IT infrastructure is a top priority. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure while prioritizing a high level of security. The successful candidate will have experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, as well as a demonstrated understanding of security best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and maintain the company's wired and wireless network infrastructure.

    Manage network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

    Ensure the security of the network by implementing and maintaining appropriate security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and endpoint monitoring.

    Monitor the network for potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

    Respond to and resolve network issues and outages.

    Maintain off-site backup and disaster recovery systems and processes.

    Ensure software security updates are applied consistently.

    Develop and maintain network documentation and standard operating procedures.

    Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

    At least three years of experience in a network administration role.

    Deep understanding of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

    Proficient in administering Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environments.

    Demonstrated experience implementing network security best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, patch management, and network access controls.

    Familiarity with virtual private networks (VPNs), remote access technologies, and multifactor authentication.

    Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools, including SIEMs.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Certifications in relevant areas, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

    Expertise in administering Fortinet and Ubiquiti hardware.

    Experience deploying and maintaining VMware virtualized environments.

    Familiarity with hybrid network architectures.

    Basic proficiency with a programming or scripting language (Python and/or PowerShell preferred)

    Job Summary:

    The Managing Director - Cryptocurrency Investigations role will be responsible for conducting cryptocurrency investigations and serving as an expert witness in support of ongoing litigation. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and be able to identify, analyze, and synthesize relevant information from various sources to support investigations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct cryptocurrency investigations, including tracing blockchain transactions.

    Analyze blockchain data to identify patterns and anomalies.

    Create reports and other materials to summarize findings and support investigative efforts.

    Serve as an expert witness in support of ongoing litigation, including providing deposition or courtroom testimony.

    Collaborate with other members of the investigative team to support ongoing investigations.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest cryptocurrency developments and emerging threats.

    Develop client relationships by leveraging existing contacts, attending conferences, and/or publishing relevant articles.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, cybersecurity, or finance).

    At least ten years of experience in cryptocurrency investigations or a related field.

    Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including knowledge of various blockchain networks, cryptocurrencies, and exchanges.

    Hands-on experience using COTS tools, such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, and/or TRM Labs, to conduct cryptocurrency investigations.

    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    M.S. or Ph.D. in a related field.

    One or more advanced certifications related to cryptocurrency investigations, such as Chainalysis Investigative Specialist Certification or TRM Advanced Crypto Investigator.

    Experience serving as an expert witness in litigation.

    Former law enforcement experience.

    This role requires a high degree of technical expertise and a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively, work independently, and collaborate effectively with other members of the investigative team. The candidate should also have a strong commitment to ethical conduct and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. Prior experience serving as an expert witness in litigation or former law enforcement experience is a plus.
